个人简介：刘云鹏，304am永利集团官网博士后。2024年获麻省理工学院博士学位，师从Jeehwan Kim教授。2025年入选永利官网“卓越百人博士后支持计划”。目前主要从事III-V族化合物半导体及器件研究。在Nature Nanotechnology，Science，Nano Letters等期刊发表文章六篇。
